FREE YOGA SUNDAYS AT FORBES MOTORS GM!

In the spirit of community, the Forbes GM Team invites everyone from the KW region to join us at Forbes Motors GM for yoga in the showroom. Instructors Julie Raineault and Sandra Van Dong will guide attendees through a soothing Sunday morning and evening Yoga session focused on relaxing your mind and body. Yoga Sunday will be happening every Sunday, with an AM and PM session offered.

Open to all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

The TWO Sunday sessions will be held at 10am and 7:30pm. The showroom at Forbes GM will open 30 minutes before class. Attendees are reminded that they will need to provide their yoga mat and any yoga props that they need or would like to use.
